The Rector, Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Dr Samson Adeola Odedina got a twin award from the Federal University of Agriculture, FUNAAB and BABCOCK University respectively.
Dr. Odedina received an award for excellence in administration at the 10th anniversary of the department of agricultural administration, Federal University of Agriculture of Abeokuta.
The award was in recognition of Dr Odedina’s contribution to the growth of Agricultural Administration and development.
Other awardees at the ceremony which was graced by the FUNAAB Vice Chancellor Prof. Felix Salako included Prof. Janice Olawole first woman Dean, Faculty of Agriculture, U I, Engr. Olanrewaju Bisiriyu, Ogun state Head of Service, Prof. Adetunji Oredipe, a World Bank Senior Agricutural Economist, Sen. Adegbenga Kaka, former Deputy Governor and Distinguished Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria amongst others
In a related development, the rector received an award from department of Agriculture and Industrial technology, Babcock University.
Dr. Odedina was presented an AWARD of RECOGNITION by Babcock University, for his profound contribution to the PROMOTION of HEALTHY DIET.
The rector who has been canvassing for self production of consumables, expressed delights in being honoured by the two institutions.
He raises a plantation and livestock farm behind his residence.
