
Executives of the Association of Mass Communication Students (AMACOS) on Wednesday visited students of the department currently undergoing their Students’ Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) at various media houses in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.
The executives led by the President, Moses Ayodele visited students at the National Television Authority (NTA) and Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation (OGBC).

But when the AMACOS team got to the Ogun State Secretariat of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Oke-Ilewo, students there were said to have gone to different beats to source for news.
Students were said to have been able to disclose their challenges, opportunities and what they’ve been able to learn during the programme.

Ayodele promised a better and responsive administration for the students irrespective of their level.
The students were delighted to have the department executives at their station.
The executives who visited the ND students include Helen George, General Secretary; Olushola Kosoko, Public Relations Officer and Blessing Agbeetan, Treasurer.
