The Students’ Representative Council (SRC) of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Abeokuta and the National Association of Ogun State Students (NAOSS) MAPOLY Chapter, has begun the registration procedure for the award of bursary for all Ogun State indigenous students.
The Directorate of Students affairs and the Students’ Representative Council Speaker, Hon. Femi Owoeye announced this in a statement made available to Press Club MAPOLY on Saturday.
Owoeye said plans are underway to award bursary to all Ogun indegenous students after a series of meetings was held between the Studentsโ Union, the leadership of NAOSS and the state Government.
The Statement said Ogun State students who intend to benefit from the bursary award are to provide their full name, bank details, BVN number and their JAMB registration number submitted to the Directorate of Students’ Affairs via email: aninkan.david not later than Wednesday, 30th December, 2020.
The statement reads "It is with dulcet heart that I write to you in this festive period.
I have the directive of ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ฟ; ๐ฅ๐. ๐๐ผ๐ป. ๐ข๐น๐๐ณ๐ฒ๐บ๐ถ โ๐ ๐ฉ๐ฃโ ๐ข๐ช๐ข๐๐ฌ๐ (๐๐๐ข๐ ), to inform you that the joint effort of the Studentsโ Union and the National Association of Ogun State Students (MAPOLY Chapter) towards securing Bursary award for Ogun state indigenous students have begun to bear fruits.
"After series of meeting between the Studentsโ Union, the leadership of NAOSS and the state government, plans are now underway to award bursary to each indigenous student.
"In order to benefit from this State governmentsโ magnanimity, All Ogun state indigenous students of any of the 20 local governments that constitutes the state are now required to provide the following on or before December 30th, 2020:

โ BANK DETAILS
โ BVN
โ JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER
These are to be submitted to the DIRECTORATE OF STUDENTSโ AFFAIRS on or before December 30th, 2020.
