Becoming a great leader in the nearest future will be very interesting. Everyone has different roles and relative importance, and this importance depends on our vision and focus on life. By virtue of the above, in life, some of us will become leaders while others will be followers. This is indeed the reality of life. And leaders are usually like the chosen few while the followers are typically in the majority. So it now boils down to us to decide which class we would belong to – a leader or a follower?
To be a great leader, you must be willing to do for others. Don’t let selfishness take over you. Be humble. Be prepared to meet others and understand them. Stop being arrogant, and be willing to serve others.
To be a follower only requires being like everyone one else, wanting people to notice you.
Your ability to communicate is also important for a good leader. We need to have a good command of language so that those we lead can easily understand for necessary actions and result to be birthed.
To be a good leader, you must have a good sense of code of conduct in respect to acceptable ways of behavior in the midst of other people including the way we relate with and respond to other people.
As a good leader we must be decent in all manners of behavior. We must be slow in getting angry and be seen to be a good listener more than being an all-time talker.
A lot of what we will become in the future is, however, dependent on that sense of commitment and self-discipline we bring into our everyday conducts.
