Sometimes I had wondered if words can encompass the goodwill a personality mirrors and how impactful they had been to people’s lives. Samuel O. Ogunyinka, popularly known as Psalmist is a young lad whose consistency ignites people’s love and recognition across various departments in Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, most especially the department of mass communication where he graduated from.
I once learned from a great man that, if a character was to be a measure of how much wealth or prospect an individual will acquire in life, then few young lads will amass wealth through hardworking and self-discipline. But then, I wouldn’t be surprised if Samuel O. Ogunyinka occurred to be at the top of the lists of those exemplary individuals.
It was not quite new or an understatement that the institution has produced great men of high discipline, who are positivism-driven towards life, and Psalmist is not excluded from this list of great models of our institution.
His versatility as a young lad who picks interest in writing and spoken word is spurred towards societal reformation, and all of his works are notable for the effective changes they mirror.
Samuel is widely known by many to be a loving brother, student, mentor, and lover to many young ladies in the institution and I wouldn’t deny he’s always fun to be with.
Congratulations to him on his birthday.
Michael Adebayo is an HND2 student of the Department of Mass Communication
