The management of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic has resolved to revert the recently increased miscellaneous fees to status quo.
This was made possible following the massive protest of students at the school gate, venting their displeasure towards the increment.
After several meetings and deliberations held with stakeholders regarding the review of the miscellaneous fees, the management, in a statement signed by its Public Relations Officer, Yemi Ajibola said it has therefore decided to revert it to status quo.
The statement reads, "Following the meeting held with the stakeholders regarding the upward review of the miscellaneous transactions, the management of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta has resolved to revert to status quo."
The management also stated that the process for the conduct of the Students Union Election will immediately be activated as part of the demands of the students.
