Get Involved by Abdulrazaq Fatoki

Have you ever wondered how successful people continue to make it? it’s because they never for once get tired of getting involved.

If I tell you there is no rich man in the world that has made it without getting involved would you agree with me?

People tend to exhibit a lackadaisical attitude to national situations and the outcome hit everyone, but why can’t you get involved and change the narrative?

You complain all the time and when it’s time for you to take action, you give excuses to justify your points, why not get involved, perhaps, your contribution might bring a solution to the situation.

Politicians are embezzling money and security agencies are maltreating the masses, yet you will be the online analyst and when you are invited to join the struggle, you complain about your family and the rest, better get involved.

That boss that does sex for promotion and lecturer that does similar for grades, which has now become a rampant phenomenon in the society yet you have the power to correct it by getting involved but you refused.

Society is in shambles, teenagers are doing horrible things, and ordeals are increasing but you tend to be less concerned because your family isn’t affected, why not get involved to correct the situation at hand?

Government officials divert public funds and convert them into personal use, yet people still praise them on the occasion.

likewise, our religious leader now turns their brethren into beasts of their choice, yet you have a voice that can echo solutions to these problems by getting involved but you choose not to.

At some point, we were tired of what we do, and how we do it but forget the main reason behind our existence.

The government gives us a chance to correct the affairs of public office holders by getting permanent voters cards which will enable us to vote our right choice of Candidates into position but, what did we do? We consider it irrelevant and extend our tenure of hardship.

Getting involved is not peculiar to one form but to all fields, get involved.
