The management of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic has extended the resumption of students to March 20 over the postponement of the gubernatorial elections by the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC).
This information was gathered on Friday, from a statement signed by the Student Union Government P.R.O, Bamidele Williams.
The statement read in part, ”Due to the recent postponement of the gubernatorial elections by INEC, the resumption date from the election holiday has been shifted to 20th March 2023.
“This means that students are expected to resume academic activities on the new resumption date.
“We want to use this opportunity to implore all students to use this period to pay their tuition fees as there might not be any further extension of the deadline.
“We understand that some students may be experiencing difficulties accessing the payment portal.
“In such cases, we advise you to reach out to the PRO for assistance. He will guide you on the necessary steps to take to ensure that you make your payment”.
The union however urged the students to use the medium to make their payments promptly so as not to disrupt their academic activities.
