Authorities of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta have declared Thursday, February 16th lecture-free to commemorate the 2016/17 Matriculation and Oath-taking Ceremony set to hold that day.
According to a news release issued on Friday by the institution’s Head, Public Relations Unit, Sulaimon Adebiyi, the management urged the newly-admitted Full-Time and Part-Time National Diploma and Higher National Diploma students to be seated at the polytechnic auditorium by 9:30am.
The release reads thus, “the matriculation ceremony, which will be chaired by the institution’s Rector, Prof. Oludele Itiola, will hold at the polytechnic’s auditorium at 10 o’clock in the morning.
“Meanwhile, all returning students of the polytechnic and others, who are not involved in the matriculation and oath taking ceremony, are advised to steer clear of the polytechnic campus while the ceremony lasts.
“Students are advised to visit the institution’s website on www.mapoly.edu.ng or their respective school offices for further details.”
