The Supervisor of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY) Water Factory, Mrs. Oluwatayo, lamented over poor transportation facilities affecting the distribution of the products to the various customers within the school premises.
Speaking to MAPOLYPress on Friday, Mrs. Oluwatoyin disclosed that they are currently sharing a single vehicle with MAPOLY Bakery, which severely hampers their ability to efficiently deliver their pure water products to their customers.
“We are sharing the same vehicle with MAPOLY Bakery, and the bus is just one”
She further explained the challenges they face in fulfilling the demand of their customer despite the production challenges.
Her words: “Despite facing production challenges, they aim to offer their customers a competitive price that meets their needs.
“MAPOLY Pure Water is made affordably for retailers within the school, just like other sachet water brands, and each bag of the water is sold for N180”
She added that the rationale behind maintaining the same price as other brands is because of the high production costs involved in producing quality MAPOLY Water.
Oluwatayo, however, seeks urgent support from the relevant authorities of the institution to address the transportation challenges faced by the Water Factory.
