UPDATE: SRC in talks with shuttle drivers to deploy more shuttles to campus

As part of effort to solving the impending issues on transportation, The Students Representative Council of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic have made arrangements with the shuttle drivers association to deploy more shuttle into the campus.

According to a release, signed by the SRC Speaker, Durodola Shayo, the council has met with different quarters to bring the transportation to its bearest minimum.

The release reads: "The welfare of MAPOLY Students is our paramount concern and in regards to this the Students Representative Council has seen to the transportation problem facing our Students.

" In regards to the transportation problem facing the students of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, the students Representative Council (SRC) as a body, under the leadership of Rt. Hon. Durodola Shayo has met with various quarters to bring transportation problem to its minimal.

"The effort put in place by the SRC body as brought about a favourable consensus.

"In this respect, the shuttle chairman had promised to deploy more shuttles to strategic locations and the school management has also promised to increase the number of Macopolo (Economy) buses to help reduce the transportation problem and this measures would be effective starting on Monday 30th of April, 2018.

However the SRC speaker urged students to ‘come out as early as possible to beat lecture time and also be obedient to SRC members who would be on ground to help coordinate the transportation activities.’
