The National Association of Ogun State students (NAOSS) has reinstated its suspended President, Peter Adefaraya Adejobi.
Peter who was earlier suspended over breach of oath, unruly behavior amongst others was called back to office having fulfilled the necessary requirements for reinstatement.
In a statement signed by NAOSS national senate president and clerk, Sen. Ayankola Muh’sabit And Sen. Babatunde Tolu Elizabeth, the body said the reinstatement is necessary so as not to leave the office unoccupied.
They however prayed that such occurrence will not be repeated.
The statement reads in parts, “This is to officially notify you of your reinstatement back into office as the NAOSS national president having fulfilled all necessary conditions for your reinstatement which are: a letter of apology which entails promise of good behaviour, and an undertaking to forestall reoccurrence.
“It will be recalled that you were suspended on Saturday 21st April, 2018, on the following grounds: Procedural errors; breach of oath of office; damage of the association’s image; unruly behaviour and pride, falsehood and misinformation.
“However, in the furtherance of the good of the society, your roles as President cannot be left void and you have been reinstated having fulfilled reinstatement conditions.
“It is our hope that such does not happen again in this dispensation and future ones.
You are to hereby resume duties as president.”
