The management of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta has announced date for the commencement of 2017/2018 first Semester examination.
The first phase of the examination which is to commence June 25th to July 7th would begin with all HND full time and part time, while the current ND2 examination would start afterwards.
This was disclosed to PRESS CLUB MAPOLY by the school Public Relations Officer, Yemi Ajibola when the campus body visited him in his office.
Ajibola disclosed that the examination which was scheduled to hold by June 11 was postponed to June 25th as a result of Ramadan.
He added that the decision to commence the first phase of the examination by June 25 was made by the Academic board members, saying they put into consideration the Muslims students and the festive celebration period in setting the date.
He said, “The Academic board members have agreed that MAPOLY would begin the first phase of the first semester examination by June 25th.
“We intend to start the exam by June 11 before, but because of the Muslims and the festive celebration, the Academic board decided to postpone the examination to June 25.”
He however advised the students to be prepared and complete the necessary registration before the scheduled date.
