Winner of the seventh edition of Moruf Popoola public speaking competition, Omoniyi Samson has said his vision is to impact on lives across Africa in the next two years.

Omoniyi who is also the convener of Hican initiave said this while speaking with PCM shortly after emerging as the winner of the Junior Chamber International Nigeria (JCIN) public speaking competition on Wednesday.

He said that his use of illustrations in public speaking competition was to give a picture that would remain unforgettable in the mind of his audience.

He further noted that with his Hican initiatives he hopes to impact live across Africa.

"To be sincere, I only feel privileged that’s why you could see me kneeling down after I was announced winner. I don’t believe there is something special I have that others don’t have. I just believe there is just this grace. Everybody is a winner as a matter of fact. Sincerely I feel great to be announced winner.

"Many people now see me as Heritage the man with illustration, because anytime I want to speak I use illustrations to back up my message. I believe people don’t forget the picture you paint. That was why even in the AMACOS public speaking event I gave an illustration of two bottle water as well as of five alive drink and an orange. And beside that, I just have it in mind to always do my best.

"Personally I have the vision to take over Africa within two years. That is what I am doing with my initiatives, Hican initiatives. We have branches in Ghana, Malawi and even in Mapoly. What we do basically is to help people discover what is inside of them so as to able to develop and display it. I just see this platform as another opportunity to do that.
