The Association of Phamaceutical Technology Students(ASSOPAT) Moshood Abiola Polytechnic chapter have elected new executive members to run the affairs of the association for the next one year.
The poll produced Comrade Sholola Abayomi pka Dr. Steven, as the President elects, Oyinkansola Alaran (QueenOyinas) Vice President-elect, Blessing Sunday( B. Bance) General secretary-elect, Hassan Olamilekan(Omo Rector) Social Director-elect.
Also, Serah Temitope (Tiwa) welfare Director-elect, Obiyo Ifeoma(Twinkle) as PRO1-elect, Nasiru Sodiq PRO2-elect, Adeniji Racheal (Cici Gold ) Treasurer-elect, Olaniyi Fiyinfoluwa (Holapraise) Sport Director-elect, Oluwatobiloba Femi (Dr.Tee) Auditor general-elect while the reuslt of the Finacial Secretary poll was declared inconclusive.
The President-elect in his acceptance speech promised to serve the students dilegently.
He said "determination is everything that when you hold a position know it that you are there to serve peeple,and not to lead them; quoting from a wise man"service to humanity is the best work of life" emphasized that, in anything you are holding, have the orientation that you want to serve people not to lead them, if you serve them right they will remember you."
Also speaking with PCM, the incubent President Anachusi Vivian Chiamaka (CRYSTAL) expressed thanks to God for the successful conduct of the election.
"The election went succesfully free and fair, with the help of the staff adviser, security, we were able to sought out issues.
The incumbent Presidend Vivian also told PCM that the incoclusive result will be concluded and announced on Monday according to the departmental SA Mrs.Tijani R.O.
