The Editor of the Nations newspaper and former President of
Press Club MAPOLY, Dare Odufowokan has commended the members of Press Club MAPOLY for observing the appropriate dress code, while lamenting the rise of indecent dressings among students on Campus.

Odufowokan who visited the club during the press meeting on Thursday said many things have changed, in terms of dressing on campus.

He said, "I sincerely appreciate your dressing here, maybe this is because you’re a press member because I am not encouraged by the dressing of other students I have met on campus".

"In my time, dressing to school was like a competition among us then, because we believe that a reporter is as good as his last published copy." He maintained.

He, however, appreciated the members of the organization for sustaining the legacy of the club.

He said, "I am impressed for having you, the gentlemen of the Press here today, most especially for keeping our legacy till today."

He, therefore, urged members to be determined and not lose focus while emphasizing that, "Consistency, determination, and one’s personality will introduce one to the world."
