Campus life can be costly, and even with scholarships, grants, and loans, you might still need money for other campus related expenses. parents and guardians may not be sufficient. Hult prize is a global social entrepreneurship event that brings students from different tertiary institutions together through competition for the prize of one million dollar and other opportunities.

Every year a different THEME is given and each school is tasked with generating creative business and economy changing ideas from the theme. This year’s theme is: FOOD FOR GOOD

Many teams are needed from each tertiary institutions for the on-campus events and each team should have 3-4 students. The whole teams will compete here in MAPOLY.

Any team that wins will represent the school at the regional level ( in other african country or Abuja as the case may be). If they are also selected from the region they will go to the final point in New york.

The competition is done in a pitching system where every team will present their idea and pitch it to the judges to get their scores.

For the first time, Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Abeokuta will be hosting the global On Campus event.

Participating in this event gives you and your team as students the opportunity to win $1million business start up prize, certificate of participation signed by Bill Clinton the 42nd President of the United States of America, networking opportunities with global changemakers, travel opportunity, career and mentorship opportunity and lots more.

The theme for this year’s challenge; "Food For Good " let your business idea be around food, to end hunger, poverty, sustainable, innovative, affordable, build good health and wellbeing and provide employment opportunities.

The question is; what food business can you start up with $1,000, 000 US dollars?
