Daniel Adekunle, a Mass Communication student of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic has secured the position of the 40th President of JCIN MAPOLY Heritage chapter.
The election, held in the school premises at the prelim room on Wednesday, January 24th, 2024, marked Adekunle’s victory as the 40th President for the 2024 academic session.
In an interview with Press Club MAPOLY, the President-elect, Daniel Ayomide Adekunle, shared his motivations for seeking the presidency.
He expressed a strong desire to give back, emphasizing the importance of networking and his commitment to extending the benefits he received from JCIN to the larger community.
His words: “I want to give back a lot of benefits such as networking and I would like to give back to the community at large what JCIN has been able to offer me.”
Adekunle outlined his agenda, aptly named SPOT, derived from the synonym of SEE. He explained that SEE represents the national body’s agenda, standing for “SEE inspire the future.” Drawing inspiration from SEE, Adekunle coined SPOT, representing “Sustainable Project for Opportunities and Empowerment.”
