MAPOLY to Continue First Semester Examination October 26th

The Management of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Abeokuta has announced that the first semester examination which was earlier suspended due to the #EndSARS crises continues on Monday, October 26th.

The Head Public Relations and Protocol of the Polytechnic, Mr. Yemi Ajibola announced this in a statement made available to Press Club MAPOLY on Saturday.

Recall that PCM earlier reported the management suspended the ongoing first semester examination following closure of schools by the State Government on Tuesday to forestall negative consequences of #EndSARS Protests that engulfed the country.

Ajibola disclosed that in line with the Ogun State Government’s directive, the polytechnic will resume for academic activities and continue the ongoing first semester examination earlier suspended on Monday, October 26th.

He noted that the examination time table for the ND2 and HND2 students remains unchanged urging the students to shun any act of violence.

"The Management of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta hereby announces the resumption of academic activities and first semester examination on Monday, 26th October, 2020 in tandem with Ogun State Government’s directive for the reopening of schools.

"The First Semester Examination time table will continue as hitherto scheduled before its suspension.

"All Returning National Diploma and Higher National Diploma students (ie NDII and HNDII) Students are to note that examination time tables in all schools remain unchanged.

"Students are advised to comport themselves and shun any violent act which may endanger them or truncate their primary objectives."
