Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Student Union, MAPSU under the aegis of Comrade Ajani Sodiq has declared to launch two new SUG cabs to reduce the problem of transportation on campus.
According to MAPSU, in a statement that was released on Thursday, the launching will take place on Friday, 16th December 2022 at the SUG chamber from 11 am to 1 pm.
The Union, therefore, invites all MAPOLY student leaders to the commissioning of the vehicles.
According to the statement, the Union is to commission two buses, however, when contacted, the SUG president said it was cabs and not buses.
The statement reads, "Moshood Abiola polytechnic Student Union,(MAPSU) under the affable leadership of Comr. Sen. Sodiq Damilola Ajani (OPTIMUM) affably invites all Department Executives,
Student Leaders on campus, NAOSS (OGUN), FOSSU, NAOOS (Osun), and other association executives, Press Club Mapoly, MSSN, JCCF and the general Student populace to felicitate with us on the commissioning of Two new SUG buses.
"The event shall take place tomorrow, Friday, 16th December 2022 at the SUG Chamber from 11 am – 1 pm.
"As part of our promise to solve the problem of transportation on campus, the SUG wish to launch these new buses to set a legacy and blueprint for successive students union to emulate.
