The academic board of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, has extended the payment of tuition fees to February 28, and thereby urged all students to pay up on time as there will be no extension towards any delayed payment.

This was made known in a statement, signed by the head of Public Relations and Protocol of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Yemi Ajibola on Monday.

It could be recalled that Monday, February 20, 2023 was the initially stated deadline for the tuition payments and registration by the school management.

However, students who are yet to make their payments are implored to utilize the opportunity as it has been stated that any further extension beyond February 28th will attract a penalty fee of N10,000.

Adding that there will be no room for an excuse on any delayed fee for all categories of students excluding those who went on the Students’ Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES)

The board, however, fixed 9th March 2023 as the deadline for all students returning from SIWES.

Moreso, students are advised to return to their respective homes from Wednesday, 22nd February, and resume on Tuesday, 14th March 2023 in compliance with the Federal Government’s directive to exercise their franchise devoid of violence.

Given this, the board stated that the e-learning platform

The board also added that for the above reasons, the 2022/2023 Matriculation and Oath-Taking Ceremony scheduled to hold on Tuesday, 21st February 2023 has been suspended indefinitely.
