The Sport’s director elect of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Orenuga David Opeyemi popularly called Oresco has vowed to include females in sporting activities in the institution.
Speaking with PCM correspondent , Oresco stated that the sports centre will be renovated and will be available for athletes to be used.
"Inclusion of our females in sporting activities as we all know that sport unite people, reduces level of depression and create excitement in our midst, I will Renovate the sporting complex" he said
He said further that he needs the support of the school management, department sports directors and Non government Organizations to bring back the lost hope of MAPITES in sports.
"With the support of the management, sport directors and NGO. We will organise first Mapoly indoor games that will involve Ludo, Draft, badminton, Table tennis and lots more.
"Am a sport person too, I feel amazed seeing raw talent. Firstly I’ll make sure that I encourage them and give any available support that will make impact in their lives. Making impact is not only based on money. You can help people in many ways." he said
