The Students Union Government (SUG) has disclosed that the second leg fixture between Mass Communication and Civil Engineering which ended inconclusive on Friday will be continued on Wednesday.
Press Club MAPOLY had earlier reported that the match between the two sides ended inconclusive as fans invaded the pitch.
In a chat with PCM, the Students Union President, Adeola AbdulGaniu Babatunde revealed that the remaining minutes of the game will be played on Wednesday.
Babs added that it will be painful to disqualify any of the departments because they played good football and entertained students and sport lovers on campus.
It will be recalled that over 30 minutes had been played in the second half with the scoreline goalless before fans invaded the pitch.
The match will kickoff by 12pm on Wednesday at the School Sports Complex.
