Wearing of waist bead is to beautify the waist to most ladies. It’s used to shape their buttocks as it is also believed by some to develop their hips. Some also use it to measure the size of their waist for trousers and skirts.
Some rather believes it calls guys’ attention, and will rather put it on for that motive.
Some wear the waist beads due to the amazing design that pops out from it whenever lights reflect on it.
Most mummies of nowdays, however, believe that wearing of waist bead is a bad idea, noting that only "bad girls" wear it.
All waist beads are not "kayamata" for some guys that like seeing it on their woman’s body. Waist bead is something fashionable. It is more or less like a tattoo. The sentiment among some ladies is that some guys can’t date a woman that does not make use of waist beads because to them ladies are sexier when they put on waist beads.
In all, it should be noted that not all ladies who use waist beads are bad girls or use it for ill-intentions. Most of the time, ladies use it for fun and fashion.
