MAPOLY gets new Bursar

The Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has approved Mr. Yekinni Fatai Adisa, FCA as the new Bursar of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta.
This was contained in a press release signed by the school Public relations Officer, Mr Yemi Ajibola.
According to the release, Mr. Fatai Yekinni has become the 7th Bursar of the forty year old institution having succeeded Chief Oluyinka Ogunsola, FCA whose tenure expired on the 8th December, 2018."
His appointment, however took effect from 10th September, 2019 and would be for a period of five years but renewable once, having performed satisfactorily.
Meanwhile, before his appointment, the new Bursar was the Acting Head of Bursary of the Polytechnic.
Mr. Fatai Yekinni joined the service of the Polytechnic in September 1999 as Accountant II in charge of Salaries and Wages and rose through the ranks to become Chief Accountant in September 2013.
He attended Ogun State Polytechnic (now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic) for his National Diploma before proceeding to Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye for his first and second degrees – the first being in Accounting while the Master’s Degree is in Business and Applied Economics (Accounting Option)."
