MAPOLY Declares Two-Week End-of-Year Academic Break

The management of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY), has announced a two-week end-of-year academic break for both staff and students of the institution.

According to a statement issued by the Director of Academic Planning, Dr. Olayiwola A. Sojobi, the break is in line with the Academic Board–approved calendar for the 2025/2026 First Semester.

The academic break will therefore commence on Sunday, December 21, 2025, and end on Sunday, January 4, 2026.

The statement clarified that the academic break entails the suspension of all academic activities, including lectures, project supervision, fieldwork, practicals, seminars, and vivas.

Furthermore, Staff and students are expected to fully resume academic activities on Monday, January 5, 2026.

On behalf of the Rector and Chairman of the Academic Board, the Academic Planning Unit wished members of the MAPOLY academic community a pleasant yuletide celebration.
