One of the senior lecturers of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Dr. Wasiu Tejuoso has emerged the winner of the award for the "Best Lecturer of the year 2022 for serving as an inspiration to the youths.
This was contained in a letter signed by the Organisers of the event, Habeeb Whyte and Adebukola Abolade respectively.
The award was organized by the management of Elegant Event, a foremost event planning brand in the South West region of Nigeria to celebrate and recognize personalities who have made giant strides in their career path and have positively impacted society at large.
Having won the Ogun Merit Awards, the organizers of the award spoke on the reason Tejuoso was nominated due to his euphoric personality and contribution to human development.
The letter addressed to Tejuoso reads" With all sense of humility and respect to your esteemed and venerated personality, the management of Elegant Events, a foremost event planning brand in South West region of Nigeria, and the planning committee of Ogun Merit Awards humbly use this medium to notify you of your nomination and eventual emergence as the winner of the year 2022 category of our awards.

Speaking with Press Club MAPOLY during an interview, Dr. Tejuoso expressed happiness towards the achievement stating that he feels so proud of himself.
He said, "Sometimes ago, Dr. Sina Aina expounded something he called "Againism theory". I think Allah has used me to validate the theory further."
"However, emerging again as the winner of the best lecturer of the year award just a few weeks after being honored with "Academic Brand of the Year" by the Sparklight News makes me feel so proud of myself. Even when my immediate community refused to acknowledge God’s divine blessing in me by doing everything to discredit my efforts and contributions, I am elated that people outside are recognizing my little efforts. And that to me is more fulfilling. He stated.
